Pastor Tommy moved to Smith Grove in July of 2007 from Denver, Colorado where he was the team leader of the Church Health Team for Colorado Baptists.   His passion is discipleship through small groups and he is leading our congregation in the development of these “Life Groups” as a means of growing deeper as our church reaches out to new people.  He and his wife Janice have three grown sons.

Brother Matt Mendenhall, Tiffany and daughters

Matt Mendenhall has been a resident of Greenville since graduating from Greenville College in 2000. He and Tiffany have been married for almost eight years. They have two beautiful daughters and are expecting thier first son in April '08. Matt works to help the church youth grow and mature in their faith, while teaching them to reach out to those around them. He also plans many fun activities and heads up the annual Mission Trip.

Music Director

Justin and Colette Hildreth

Justin Hildreth is originally from Keene, New Hampshire. He came to Greenville to study contemporary Christian music at Greenville College with emphases on worship arts and studio recording, and is in his third year there. He married his wife Colette this past June, and they currently live in Greenville. When he is not playing guitar or studying for classes Justin loves reading, working with computers, and is currently learning to play the mandolin.
